How do I request accommodations?

Candidates requesting ADA accommodations should submit documentation in the appropriate field upon submission of the electronic application. Once the “Submit Application” button is selected, signed documentation from a qualified licensed medical professional who has completed an evaluation. The documentation attesting to candidate disabilities and requirements can be uploaded to the application where indicated.
