September 2026 Exam Application Now Available

The application for the September 2026 exam is now available.

Before beginning the application, applicants are required to read the exam handbook and familiarize themselves with:

• Routes to eligibility
• All requirements and procedures related to the exam application
• Testing center procedures
• Fee policies
• Ethical standards

Once a thorough review of the exam handbook is completed, applicants may:

• Begin the application at: http://mdcb.learningbuilder.com
• If you have not previously registered for an account, click the orange “Register for an Account” button on the left-hand side of the login screen
• Select “Begin CMD Application”

It is the responsibility of each exam candidate to ensure completion of the application by the deadlines outlined.

Important dates to remember:

• June 19th – early application deadline
• July 3rd – late application deadline
• September 17-19, 2026 – exam administration

Only applicants who plan to take the September 2026 exam should complete the application.
